TechBites To Return At CEDIA Expo 2019

TechBites, the exhibitor event which debuts the newest innovations within the residential technology industry at CEDIA Expo is now open for submissions.TechBites will move to an action-packed, one-day format when CEDIA Expo 2019 returns to the Colorado Convention Center, Sept. 12-14, and gives exhibitors the opportunity to debut products and share their message from the CEDIA Expo 2019 SmartStage.

TechBites will be held on Thurs., Sept. 12 from 12:00–1:30 p.m. Ten brands will be given three minutes to present, and an additional two minutes to field questions from attending media, influencers, industry pros, and the event host.

“Building off of the success of the first-ever TechBites in 2018, we are once again excited to offer the opportunity for exhibitors to debut their products in a fun format which also guarantees extra exposure for their brand,” says Brian Pagel, senior vice president, Emerald Expositions.

The event focuses on new products from the past year. TechBites judges will review all applications and choose 10 brands for a combination of smart home, home theater, and security brands who are bringing the most innovative products to CEDIA Expo.

The selected TechBites participants are promoted pre-show via CEDIA Expo social platforms, a press release, and during the show via live social coverage—including Facebook Live and Instagram Stories. After the show, all participating brands receive an edited video of their stage presentations, continued social coverage and promoted videos on the CEDIA Expo YouTube channel.

Exhibiting brands can apply now through June 14, 2019 by completing the TechBites application.

Selected brands will be announced July 2019.
