At ISE 2020 (booth 1-E85), world-leader in ALR screen technology, dnp Denmark, presents a new and special version of their popular dnp Supernova Infinity Screen that offers endless size possibilities with the more and more commonly used ultra-short throw lenses.

Our technicians have worked day and night finalizing the world first UST screen that can be built in the size you want on the known technology from our bestselling standard throw large screen solution – dnp Supernova Infinity. Now it’s possible to use a powerful projector with the more and more commonly used Ultra short throw lenses together with a large ultra-short throw screen – the dnp Supernova Infinity UST - making a cost efficient state-of-the-art bright, contrasting and colorful LARGE image.

ALR is the key to bright rooms

Ultra-Short Throw (UST) projectors are gaining ground because they can be used in all types of rooms with the projector placed close to the back wall eliminating the problem of shadows on the screen. Due to their relatively low brightness UST projectors require an Ambient Light Rejection (ALR) screen when used in a brightly lit meeting or class rooms. Until now, the maximum size of ALR screens for UST projectors was 120”. With its unlimited size dnp Supernova Infinity UST paves the way for completely new applications.

The ceiling is the limit

The dnp Supernova Infinity UST is a modular screen system that creates screen images of incredible size and provides a zero physical seam viewing experience. Multiple projectors can be used to create bigger images without visible overlap.

No annoying bezels

dnp Supernova Infinity UST displays are made up of tiled panels (up to 1.5m [60”] in height) and offer seamless viewing experiences with only 0.3mm [1/85”] joint lines. The display is optimized for UST projectors and support FHD, 4K and 8K resolution. It is available as a frameless solution or mounted with a 50mm black velvet frame.
