DEG Top 20 Watched At Home

April 15, 2022

Literary mystery Death on the Nile was the only new release to join the Watched at Home chart this week, sailing in at No. 13 following its physical disc release. Otherwise, the rankings mostly just shuffled a bit, as Spider-Man: No Way Home, Sing 2 and Moonfall held onto the Top 3 spots for a second week. In some of the biggest moves, Scream (2022) rose to No. 4 from No. 20 the prior week, and Will Smith vehicle King Richard fell from No. 5 to No. 18. Sonic the Hedgehog returned at No. 16 on a wave of anticipation for its sequel opening in theaters.

DEG compiles the ‘Watched at Home Top 20’ list with the most widely consumed titles on disc and digital during the previous week (outside subscription-based streaming platforms). Assembled with the newest studio and retailer data every seven days, it showcases current consumer enthusiasm for home viewing of the newest film and television releases.
