Digital Projection And Ballantyne Develop Electronic Display Alliance

Digital Projection and Ballantyne of Omaha have announced a strategic alliance in the development and distribution of advanced digital display systems. The agreement includes researching how new electronic large format innovations can be developed, even enhanced, by studying existing cinema industry technology. The collaboration with Ballantyne - a leading manufacturer of traditional motion picture film projection and entertainment lighting equipment - offers both companies notable access to the industryís mature and future technologies, said Brian Critchley, Digital Projectionís Executive Director.
