Gennum Corporation, the leader in broadcast image processing announced that LG Electronics, an industry leader in flat panel TV products, has selected Gennumís GF9350 Image Processor with Visual Excellence Processingô (VXPô) technology for the latest version of their 71î Plasma Display Panel.Gennumís Image Processors are the worldís most advanced 10-bit image processing solutions with dual-channel broadcast quality algorithms. The chips handle conversions of all SD, HD and graphics signals including motion adaptive deinterlacing of HDTV 1080i signals.
