Later as Vice President of Operations for CommSystems, she assisted in the management of Globalstar and other businesses until her assignment to Senior Vice President and General Manager of QUALCOMM Digital Media.Before joining QUALCOMM, Ms. Haile practiced business law with Gray, Cary, Ames and Frye. Ms. Haile holds a J.D. cum laude from the University of San Diego, where she was a member of the law review, and a bachelor's degree in political science from the University of Colorado.
