PTV service will be offered free for three years.New customers also have the opportunity to receive a $199 rebate with DISH Network One Rate Plan. Customers who purchase a DISHPlayer 500 satellite TV system (MSRP $399) and sign up for one year of programming totaling $39.98 per month will receive a $199 rebate check from DISH Network after the first programming payment. Plus, DISH Network is offering a free basic professional installation - a $199 value - until July 31, 2000. Current DISHPlayer owners have the option to purchase a three-year subscription for the PTV service for only $99.
