Sony will introduce another MiniDisc PC product bundle. The new MZ-R70PC bundle allows consumers to record a combination of Internet music, tracks from personal CD collections and favorite songs off the radio.The MZ-R70PC includes a plug-and-play USB interface called the MiniDisc PCLink that automatically configures itself when connected to a WindowsÆ 98/2000-enabled PC. The MD WalkmanÆ model is a virtually unshockable, pocket-sized recorder/player. It features a dual headphone jack and a ""smart"" remote that enables consumers to edit and title tracks to their own preference. Delivering up to 17 hours of battery life on a single AA battery, this MD Walkman player/recorder includes a digital Mega BassÆ sound system and a 40-second shock-resistant memory. The MZ-R70PC also comes with a rechargeable AA battery, a carrying pouch and AC Power Adaptor.The MZ-R70PC MD Walkman product PC bundle will be available later this summer in silver or blue and is expected to sell for about $250.
