The International CES announces a new International Premier services package for its attendees. The 2001 International CES - ""Your Source For Workstyle And Lifestyle Technology"" will be held Saturday, January 6 - Tuesday, January 9 in Las Vegas, Nevada.Nearly 11,000 international attendees representing more than 125 countries come to CES each year, making the tradeshow a key international consumer technology event. To assist those attendees, CES offers a variety of services, from an exporter matchmaking program and business center, to interpreters and a networking reception. For the 2001 International CES, show management is adding to those services with an international premier package, which includes: - Admission to more than 90 CES conference sessions (a $396 value)- One ticket to each of the VIP luncheons for Saturday, Sunday and Monday during the show (a $90 value) - Special VIP seating at all CES keynote sessions, on a first-come, first-served basis- A CES Tool Kit to help attendees navigate the show and Las Vegas The International Premier package is available to pre-registered, non-U.S.-based attendees until December 15, 2000 at an advanced purchase price of $299 (U.S.). On-site, the package is available, while supplies last, for $399 (U.S.).Other International Services At CESDue to the high export potential of the technology displayed at CES, the 2001 International CES has been selected to participate in the U.S. Department of Commerce's International Buyer Program (IBP). U.S. Foreign Commercial Service Offices work with CES to promote and coordinate delegations of buyers to CES. If attendees would like to join a delegation, they should contact the American Embassy or Consulate General in their countries.To assist international visitors on-site, CES and the U.S. Department of Commerce host the International Commerce Center located in the Las Vegas Convention Center (LVCC), Room N251. The multilingual staff will answer questions and direct attendees to complimentary refreshments, meeting rooms, workstations and global business matchmaking services.
