The new DTS-ECP gives theatres a first step toward digital audio, providing superior sound playback with a full-featured analog cinema processor. The DTS-ECP can be easily upgraded to deliver DTS Digital Sound playback through the addition of a DTS-DPP Digital Processing Package.The DTS-ECP delivers precise reproduction of analog sound sources. For maximum reliability, all processing is done on three plug-in boards, with separate power supplies for digital boards and analog boards. The analog supply also provides power when in the bypass mode and an optional external power supply connection is available.
