TV One Multimedia Solutions introduces the CSC-1000 Video Scaler, the industry's first low-cost, high-performance up-converter. It transforms NTSC or PAL video to standard VGA, SVGA or XGA signals. The CSC-1000 accepts both composite and S-Video signals to allow any VGA Monitor, LCD panel, projection TV or plasma TV to display virtually any video source. The output signal is selectable between 640 x 480, 800 x 600 and 1024 x 768. NTSC inputs are output at a 60Hz vertical rate and PAL inputs are output at a 50Hz vertical rate. The CSC-1000 is $795 MSRP and is available for immediate delivery.
