TV One Introduces Affordable Video Standards Converters

TV One Multimedia Solutions enters the standards conversion market by introducing two new products for bi-directional conversion of worldwide television signals. The CDM-830T provides broadcast quality conversion between NTSC, PAL and SECAM television standards at a remarkably affordable price. The integral TBC/synchronizer allows the unit to be genlocked to an external video source. Two selectable composite, S-Video and stereo audio inputs are provided. Simultaneous outputs are available in composite, YUV component, S-Video and stereo audio. Full processing controls permit precise input video signal adjustment. High performance is achieved through full digital conversion technology and the use of precision digital comb filtering in the decoding process. The CDM-830T is $995 MSRP.The CDM-630 is a compact, palm size version with the same high signal conversion quality, but with fewer features. YUV, S-Video, stereo audio, genlock and processing controls have been eliminated. Composite video input and output connections are provided and the unit has an integral TBC. The CDM-630 is $495 MSRP.
