Samsung has expanded their LCD TV line with the introduction of three high-end, NEO design LCD flat-panel TVs. The three models include the 22-inch LTM225W, the 29-inch LTM295W, and the 40-inch LTM405W, the latter of which is currently the largest in the industry.Samsung's NEO design units feature new silver and dark gray cabinets. These units employ DVI connectivity with HDCP (High-bandwidth Digital Content Protection).Jonas Tanenbaum, National Marketing Manager, Visual Display Group, Samsung Electronics USA, Inc., said, ""We launched our 15-inch and 17-inch units in April to great acclaim and we are building on that success with ultra-slim larger screen models (22-inch, 29-inch, and 40-inch) that are perfect for today's sophisticated lifestyle environment. ""Samsung's LCD flat-panel TVs are four displays in one: a full-featured, 16:9 widescreen, high-resolution TV, an HDTV monitor (1080i, 720p, 480p), a PC-compatible display, and a video monitor that allows direct hookup of standard-definition sources. A PC/Picture-In-Picture (PC/PIP) function lets users watch a video source while working on the PC.These flat-panel units offer a viewing angle of 170 degrees and screen resolutions of 1280 x 720 (LTM225W) and 1280 x 768 (LTM295W and LTM405W).
