Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment has announced the D-Theaterô release of ""Ice Age,"" the all-CGI animated adventure featuring the voice talents of John Leguizamo, Ray Romano, and Denis Leary. The D-VHS D-Theater edition will be released on November 26 with an SRP of $34.98. In addition to being the first title to be released on the D-Theater format day-and-date with its DVD counterpart, ""Ice Age"" will also be the first D-Theater release to include supplemental material. In this case, the release will include ""Scratís Missing Adventure,"" a five-minute animated short.""Ice Age"" will be mastered in full 1080i resolution sourced directly from its high-def master, and will include JVCís D-Theater copy protection system.
