Marantz America announced the introduction of its Model PD5020D 50-inch widescreen plasma monitor, featuring a host of technological advancements and upgrades that significantly improve image quality compared to its predecessor, the Marantz PD5010D. With its higher brightness and contrast along with sharper, clearer high-resolution images, the PD5020D sets a new performance standard in 50-inch plasma displays--at a lower suggested retail price ($15,999) than the company's previous model.The improved Marantz PD5020D delivers a widescreen (16:9) picture for home theatre installations.
