Fox Announces ""Die Hard,"" ""The Transporter,"" And ""Courage Under Fire"" For D-Theaterô Release

Twentieth Century Fox Home Entertainment has announced three new titles for release on the D-VHS D-Theaterô format. On April 15, the company will release ""The Transporter,"" a day-and-date release with DVD, and two catalog titles: the Bruce Willis action hit ""Die Hard"" and the Gulf War drama ""Courage Under Fire"" with Denzel Washington and Meg Ryan.Each title will have a retail price of $34.98, and will be available in 1080i high-definition video in the original theatrical aspect ratio and with Dolby Digital 5.1-channel audio.The titles are available for pre-order through the www.DVHSMovieGuide.com and www.WidescreenReview.com Web sites.D-VHS is currently the only high-definition consumer format available, and offers the increasing number of consumers with high-definition television displays the content they have been seeking.
