Mitsubishi Digital Electronics America Inc. introduced the Platinum Series HD-Upgradeable 22-inch and 30-inch LCD televisions/computer monitors.Featuring the proprietary MonitorLinkô interface, the LT-2220 and LT-3020 LCD televisions can be upgraded to fully integrated HDTV capability by connecting the HD-5000 digital receiver/controller.Designed for high-performance HD viewing, as well as computer monitor capability, these televisions are appropriate for use from the living room to the executive office. Both models are designed around LCD panels with 1280 x 768 resolution for superb picture performance with both HDTV and PC monitor images.""As multimedia and high-definition capability become required, these televisions can excel in both environments,"" said Max Wasinger, Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing.
