The Academy of Television Arts and Sciences announced its nominations for the 2003 EmmyÆ Awards, including those for sound, which include eight programs mixed and broadcast in DolbyÆ Digital 5.1 audio. Dolby's sound format continues to become a more important part of high-quality program production and presentation.
