FOCUS Enhancements, Inc. announced it has entered into a Definitive Agreement to acquire Visual Circuits Corporation, a leading manufacturer of networked digital video systems, based in Minneapolis, MN; and has signed a Letter of Intent to acquire COMO Computer & Motion GmbH, a developer of video content management and processing solutions, based in Kiel, Germany. The acquisitions significantly expand FOCUS Enhancements' digital media workflow solutions portfolio from capture, conversion, and creation to content management, storage, presentation, and distribution.
