StJohn Group Debuts Two New ARTCOUSTIC Products

StJohn Group, the exclusive North American distributor for ARTCOUSTIC, is pleased to announce the North American debut of the Diablo C-1 loudspeaker and the DBO-1 Digital Bass Optimizer processor. The announcement comes on the heels of a successful introduction at the inaugural ISE show, in Geneva, Switzerland from February 3 - 5, 2004. The ARTCOUSTIC Diablo C-1 is fashioned with high-quality Scandinavian drivers, hand-built crossovers, and a dense cabinet finished in the manner of a fine piece of Danish furniture. The L/C/R (left-center-right) speaker is designed to be used in conjunction with flat-panel video displays, and is an excellent candidate for left and right speakers in a surround sound home theater because its length closely matches the height of most 42-inch plasma monitors. Of course, it can also be mounted horizontally above or below the monitor for center channel applications. Perhaps what is most remarkable about the C1 is its output from a form factor less than three inches deep. Specially engineered high-Q, dual 4.5-inch woofers flank a high quality 1-inch wave-guided soft dome tweeter that work in unison for controlled dispersion, necessary for better home theater audio reproduction.
