President Garret Weyand, that OmniMount Systems, Inc has been acquired by the Linear LLC of Carlsbad California, a subsidiary of Nortek, Inc.OmniMount Systems is a designer and supplier of mounting solutions for the audio/video industry, including both residential and commercial applications.
