Miramax Home Entertainment's Kill Bill Vol. 1 Sells 2 Million Units On DVD And Video In First Day

On its first day of availability, Miramax Home Entertainment's Kill Bill Vol. 1 sold 2 million combined units on DVD and video in North America, it was announced by Rick Sands, Miramax Chief Operating Officer, and Bob Chapek, President of Buena Vista Home Entertainment. The 2 million units sold to date has KILL BILL Vol. 1 ""chopping"" up its competition. KILL BILL Vol. 2 opens in theaters nationwide on Friday, April 16, 2004.
