Integra Announces Just In Time Delivery Program

Integra has instituted a Just-in-Time Delivery Program to respond to its dealersí frequent need for components in a hurry. Under the new program, Integra reps will increase local inventory and upgrade their delivery capabilities. ìWhen it comes to support for the custom installer, we are once again out ahead of the competition,î says Mark Weisenberg, Integraís National Sales Manager. ìWhen an installer needs something ënow,í they donít want to wait for shipping. Now, they can get it overnight, or even the same day if they are close enough to their sales repís warehouse.î ìBy increasing the on-hand inventories of our rep organizations and creating mechanisms to insure the program works as promised,î continued Weisenberg, ìwe can respond to our customersí urgent needs without unwelcome disappointments or overly expensive heroics. There are times when a dealer needs the product in a hurry and cannot wait for our standard delivery process. And in the CI business, when the job is finished the dealer gets paid. Integra is responding to our dealers requests to have core product available at a momentís notice just for these instances.î The stocking levels and model mix in each territory are based on the needs of the immediate market that the rep services. There are no dollar figure or model mix requirements. The company will identify those models that make sense for each market on a case-by-case basis.
