Awards Based On GameSpot Editors Exhaustive Coverage Of E3 Which Included 1,000-Plus Reports Viewed By 2.9 Million Unique Visitors During The Three-Day E3 Expo

After three days of almost nonstop reporting last week at the 10th annual Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3), GameSpot, the most highly trafficked games content site on the Web, and a property of CNET Networks, Inc., announced the winners of its 8th annual ìBest of E3î Awards. The more than 20 award categories recognize the most impressive and most anticipated games out of the 600-plus that were on display at E3. 2.9 million gamers visited www.GameSpot.com during E3 -- more than any other games content site or network, spending nearly 1 million hours total online on GameSpot. GameSpot editors posted approximately 1,300 movies, 12,000 screen shots, and 1,000 reports during E3.
