Altinex, Inc. announces the release of the DA1957CT, a 1-in 4-out twisted pair distribution amplifier designed to connect a single ALTINEX twisted pair transmitter to as many as four ALTINEX twisted pair receivers. The DA1957CT distributes and amplifies ALTINEX twisted pair video and audio signals. A typical setup connects a single computer source to up to four twisted pair receivers. In turn, each DA1931CT twisted pair receiver connects to video monitors, audio devices, such as audio amplifiers or PA systems. The DA 1957CT is compatible with all ALTINEX twisted pair products. ìThis new DA complements the already available line of Twisted Pair products. Using a single DA1930CT twisted pair transmitter, we only need one CAT5 type cable to connect up to 8 distant video and audio output devices. This saves a considerable amount of time and money for pulling one cable instead of eight.
