Dolby Laboratories will host the third annual Surround Music Awards (SMAs), honoring those who have excelled in multichannel music recording and mixing throughout the year. The SMAs will be held at the Renaissance Hollywood Hotel on August 31, 2004 during the 2004 Surround Conference and Expo. At Surround 2004, Dolby experts will host sessions highlighting the latest innovations in surround sound technology and applications, including a case study on broadcast applications for Fox and a panel session on surround sound for gaming.
