Music Video Distributors and Screen Edge are pleased to announce the home viewing release of Macc Lads ñ Three Bears: The Best of 1982-1988 for North America distribution on DVD. Made up of promo and live clips shot at various venues around the UK, like Carleton Club Morecambe, Fulham Greyhound, Goldwyns Suite in Birmingham & the infamous impromptu gig from the back of a wagon on the promenade in Blackpool, the Three Bears documents the Macc Lads rise to fame as the most disgusting, nastiest, ugliest, sexist, rudest, crudest, lewdest, drunkest band in the world. Formed in 1981, the Macc Lads recorded their first single, ìBoddiesî. The English based group began to become known for their wild antics, and gained a supportive following. In 1985, they released Beer and Sex and Chips and Gravy, which became popular for its filth and vulgarity. The Macc Lads continued to shock their fans and the rest of the world, until December 4, 1995 when they played their last and final gig at Rock City, Nottingham in England.
