Movielink Hits Major Milestone; Video-On-Demand Movie Service Reaches One Million Downloads

Movielink, abroadband video-on-demand (VOD) service offering a wide choice of major motion pictures as well as independent, foreign and classic movies for legal download, announced today that it has delivered its one millionth download. Once customers are ready to rent a title, they register with Movielink and pay for their rental via credit card. Downloads range between $1.99 and $4.99. Movielink's Movies in Minutesô feature lets customers begin watching titles within 2-10 minutes, or store them for up to 30 days and experience unlimited viewing for any 24 hour period. Customers can also use Movielink's MultiPlayô feature to re-rent titles for additional 24-hour viewing periods for up to 30 days after the initial rental.
