Phoenix Gold International, Inc. has announced the formation of Carver Digitalô, a new division dedicated to developing and marketing innovative premium audio products, at the International Consumer Electronics Show and previewing today in Las Vegas.Carver Digitalô will introduce a line of new audio products, many incorporating the latest digital technologies, at CES. The new Carver line will be sold through specialty shops that cater to audio enthusiasts. These shops all provide upscale custom home theater installations.
