An intriguing invitation brings six strangers together. Initially, they think they have gathered for a highly immersive escape room but soon make the sickening discovery that they are pawns in a sadistic game of life and death. Together, they move from one terrifying scenario to the next, as they find clues and solve puzzles. But players soon learn that exposing their darkest secrets may hold the key to survive. (Gary Reber)

The 2.39:1 1080p AVC picture, reviewed on a Sony Bravia Z9D 4K Ultra HD HDR display, upconverted to 2160p with greater resolution and luminance, was photographed digitally using the Arri Alexa camera system and sourced from a 4K master Digital Intermediate format. Picture quality is excellent and exhibits a natural appearance throughout hazardous environments with different production design and lighting. Colors are nicely saturated with warm and rich, as well as vibrant hues. Fleshtones consistently exhibit naturalness. Contrast is well balanced with deep, revealing blacks and shadows, and un-exaggerated lighting effects. Production and lighting design are the highlights of the experience. Resolution is superb. Facial features, hair and beards appear well defined, as well as the complexities of object textures and clothing. This is a well-crafted visual experience that won't disappoint, (Gary Reber)

The DTS-HD Master Audio™ 5.1-channel soundtrack is quite aggressively active in the surrounds with directionalization. This includes pronounced sound effects panned around the soundfield. The music score is effective and is very active with a wide soundfield that aggressive extends to the surrounds. Dynamics are excellent. Foley sound effects are superb. Dialogue is intelligible and generally well integrated spatially. This is an impressive holosonic® and adrenallne-filled, reference-quality experience that builds with excitement. (Gary Reber)
