Some Major Labels Push DVD-Audio Back To Next Year

Due to unexpected prolonged production challenges facing the secure-based format, WEA, Inc., BMG, and EMI Recorded Music, North America reportedly will not release titles this fall as has been the announced targeted rollout previously stated by the Warner Music Group. The Universal Music Group is still expected to support Matsushitaís launch of a Panasonic-branded combination DVD-Video/DVD-Audio player but title selection is to be limited.
