West Coast Launches Moviebuff.com
West Coast Entertainment has launched Moviebuff.com, an Internet site mixing electronic commerce with film information. Dubbed Moviebuff.com, after the chainís slogan ""the movie buffís movie store,"" the site will sell DVD and VHS titles and offer a film database with movie reviews and Hollywood news. The site will be cross-merchandised and promoted in West Coastís 450 locations nationwide. A ""store finder"" will direct website users to store locations.
