Tannoy Uncorks The Champagne!
Tannoy has released their popular Saturn S8 floor-standing model in a new, beautiful cherry finish with a ëchampagneí front baffle. Until now, the Saturn Series has only been available in black ash. The S8 features an 8-inch ëDual Concentricí, point-source drive unit that offers outstanding dynamics and imaging, and an 8-inch bass for unparalleled bass extension. Other featured included gold-plated bi-wiring terminals, floor spikes, and tunable porting for dealing with room acoustics. The champagne finish blends in with furniture much better than traditional black loudspeakers, and also matches the champagne finish that many electronic manufacturers are offering. The Saturn S8 will sell for $1,500.00 U.S. per pair.
