Verance Corporation And 4C Entity, LLC Enter Into Agreement For Licensing Of SDMI Phase 1 Products
Verance Corporation announced today that they have formalized an agreement whereby the 4C Entity will administer the licensing terms, for use of Veranceís digital audio watermarking systems, under Phase One of the Secure Digital Music Initiative (SDMI) and for copy controls for DVD Audio. This announcement was made at the current SDMI meeting. John Hoy, Manager of the 4C Entity, LLC will be the contact for all of these licensing agreements.
