Expanded Headquarters For Music Interface Technologies (MIT)
MITís continue growth has led to the need for larger facilities for both the Administration and Production portions of the company. With no more expansion room left in the Auburn office complex that housed its headquarters, MIT decides to lease an additional 6000 square foot space adjacent to its Rocklin production facility. The combine space in now approximately 25,000 sq. ft. The move was completed on November 19, 1999. ""The high-end communityís enthusiastic acceptance of the redesigned MI-330/MH-750 series, combined with the Home Run scored by the CEDIA-oriented Tmax/One Wire line, pushed our capacity to the limit"", said MITís President Bruce Brisson. ""This additional space, plus the added efficiency of having both sections of the company in one spot, give us the ability to make the third major introduction this year; the new models of the Oracle series. Weíll miss the spectacular view that the old offices had, but thatís small price to pay.""
