Wadia Digital Corporation, a leading manufacturer of high-end digital audio products, announces a merger with Hales Design Group, which develops and manufactures a full line of loudspeakers for music-listening and home theatre applications. Under terms of the agreement, Hales, which has a 10-year history of award-winning designs, will operate as a division of Wadia while retaining its brand identity.
