CinemaNow, Inc. (www.cinemanow.com) joins forces with major entertainment provider Vidnet.com (www.vidnet.com), a division of Entertainment Boulevard, Inc. (NASDAQ OTCBB: EBLD), to bring quality feature length films to Internet audiences. As the exclusive, co-branded provider of feature length films for Vidnet, CinemaNow will showcase more than 100 films on the entertainment site already recognized for its premiere streaming entertainment content. Among the films are popular genre series such as the ""Warlock"" films starring Julian Sands, X- Generation arthouse gems such as Gregg Arakiís ""Doom Generation,"" and the five-part ""Leprechaun"" series. Rounding out CinemaNowís library are 400 Hong Kong actioners from distributor Tai Seng video to which CinemaNow has acquired exclusive Internet distribution rights. CinemaNow also controls Internet rights to original short series both acquired and developed in-house, which it will make available to Vidnet. CinemaNowís films will be streamed on Vidnetís ""Movies"" section home page. Vidnet will supply the means to digitize, store, and stream the movies. The relationship is expected to lead to further arrangements to provide quality entertainment to Internet audiences.
