This important upgrade includes a new 24-Bit/96kHz digital receiver and four 24-bit digital-to-analog converters. A Krell proprietary timing circuit works in conjunction with the digital receiver for jitter-free performance. The advanced DACs are configured for balanced operation, providing the KPS 25sc with reference quality playback performance both from compact discs recorded in the standard 16-bit/44.1kHz format and from 24-bit/96kHz digital audio discs. The award-winning KPS 25sc is prized for its state-of-the-art analog and digital performance and includes our own CASTô technology.
