Sherbourn Technologies has announced another ""five"" channel ""five"" mono block amplifier, this one with a suggested retail price of $1,350. Like the original 5/1500 amplifier the new 5/900 incorporates, onto a single chassis, ""five"" modular amplifiers, ""five"" power supplies, ""five"" heatsinks and againÖ""five"" toroidal transformers. Each of these ""five"" mono blocks can output up to 125 watts at 8 ohms and 180 watts at 4 ohms. With selectable bridging the 5/900 can yield an output per channel of 250 watts at 8 ohms and 360 watts at 4 ohms.
