Pixar Animation To Make ""Monsterís Inc."" For Disney

The next animated feature from Steven Jobsí Pixar Animation Studios will be ""Monsters, Inc."" The film, which is will have a 2001 theatrical release, is the third installment in a five-picture deal with Walt Disney Studios. The story is about a hapless monster who allows a child into the monsterís world. Jobs, the Apple Computer co-founder said the film is ""about the world of things that go bump in the night, of monsters that scare."" Pixar is currently wrapping up ""Toy Story 2"" as the second feature from the Disney/Pixar partnership with Tom Hanks and Tim Allen once again voicing the characters of Woody and Buzz. The film is scheduled for a November release and will be produced in Dolby Digital Surround EX.
