Dolby Headphone Technology

A new technology that allows conventional stereo headphones to decoded DolbyÆ Digital or Dolby ProLogic Surround has been jointly developed by Lake DSP and Dolby Laboratories. The ìDolby Headphoneî technique is performed by a digital signal processing chip that is incorporated into the surround decoder of products incorporating Dolby Digital or Dolby ProLogic.
