Creative Labsí Next Generation PC-DVD Card
Creative Labs, a leading provider of multimedia products for the PC, has expanded its line of PC-DVD solutions and is now shipping its new Creative PC-DAVD Encore 6X Dxr3 upgrade kit and the stand-alone Blaster DVD-ROM 6X drive. The Creative PC-DVD Encore 6X Dxr3 features the companyís latest decoder card with DynamicXtended Resolution (Dxr3) picture enhancement technology utilizing an on-board 24-bit DAC for sharper video and Windows resolutions up to 1600x1200 at 85Hz. The card support directs connections to a TV with S-video or composite inputs. The Dxr3 offers DolbyÆ Digital, Dolby ProLogicÆ and stereo DVD audio playback.
