20th Century Fox Home Entertainment has announced two multi-DVD sets for release in August. The first, is a five-DVD set featuring martial arts extraoardinaire Bruce Lee. The set is due on August 31. It has a suggested retail price of $99.98 and will include ""The Chinese Connection,"" ""Fists Of Fury,"" ""Game Of Death,"" ""Return Of The Dragon"" and the documentary ""Bruce Lee: The Legend."" The feature films will be presented in widescreen. No word yet on the discs soundtrack formats. The films were originally released to theatres with monaural soundtracks (the norm for the era they were produced in) and no information has been made available regarding the possibility of remixing them for the new DVDs.The second set will feature four films starring action-favorite Arnold Schwarzenegger. 20th Century Fox Home Entertainment and Artisan Entertainment team up to bring you ""Predator,"" ""Commando,"" ""The Running Man"" and ""Total Recall."" All four films will be in widescreen with Dolby Digital 5.1 soundtracks and will retail for $109.98. All four titles have been previously released and are available individually. ""Commando"" will be reviewed in an upcoming issue of Widescreen ReviewÆ. The other three have been reviewed in past issues of the magazine. The scheduled release date is August 31, 1999.
