DTV Summit To Focus On Content And Programming

The upcoming fifth Digital Television (DTV) Summit, sponsored by the Consumer Electronics Manufacturers Association (CEMA) and co-located with Digital Hollywood, promises to be the most informative yet with the focus on content, programming and up-to-the minute information on the DTV transition. The Summit will be held September 28, 1999 in Los Angeles, CA. Representatives of all the major DTV-related industries are co-sponsoring the event including: Maximum Service Television, Inc. (MSTV), North American Retail Dealers Association (NARDA), the National Association of Broadcasters (NAB), the National Cable Television Association (NCTA), the Satellite Broadcasting Communications Association (SBCA), the Professional Audio/Video Retailers Association (PARA) and the National Association of Television Program Executives (NATPE).
