INFOCOMM Europe To Be Held

Large-screen projection represents a high-tech theme whose diverse areas of application often still have to be explained to the user. To this end, there will be a new forum this autumn: from November 8-10, 1999, the first INFOCOMM EuropeÆ will be held in Cologne, Germany. Based on the example of the renowned INFOCOMM International in the United States, it will present hardware, software and know-how connected with all aspects of audio-visual presentation systems, multimedia and corporate communications and be jointly organized by KolnMesse and the International Communications Industries AssociationÆ (ICIA), Fairfax, Virginia.In similar fashion to the U.S. conference, there will be an ICIA Projection Shoot Out ñ the ""World Cup"" of presentation technology, in which the top displays in the sector can prove their caliber in a practical test.
