Panasonic Broadcast Launches ""HD Groundswell"" Roadshow Showcasing DVCPRO High Definition
Broadcasters, field production and post-production professionals are invited to learn about Panasonic Broadcast's latest, leading-edge HDTV equipment during the company's ""HD Groundswell"" roadshow taking place this November in key U.S. cities. The ""HD Groundswell"" event features hands-on demonstrations of Panasonic's most advanced HDTV products including the all-new DVCPRO HD high definition acquisition and recording solutions for studio, field production and post applications. Key DVCPRO HD products on display include the AJ-HD150 studio VTR and AJ-HDC10 camcorder, ideal for HDTV acquisition, production and broadcasting. The AJ-HD150 VTR is compatible with all existing DVCPRO and DVCPRO 50 cassettes, and offers an optional internal upconverter capable of playing back standard definition (525 line/480i) DVCPRO cassettes in 1080i or 720P HDTV format. The AJ-HDC10 1 million pixel 2/3-inch 3-CCD camcorder offers high mobility, high-definition field acquisition.
