Owens Corning Introduces Acoustic Design Center ñ And Custom Design Services
Owens Corning announces the creation of its new Acoustic Design Center, which will provide custom design services to buyers of the companyís patented SelectSoundô Acoustic Room System. The SelectSound system, coupled with these new services, will provide even the most sophisticated home theatre owners with a fine-tuned, high performance acoustic environment tailored to their specific needs. With the introduction of these services, buyers of the SelectSound Acoustic Room System can choose from three custom design packages, in addition to the standard installation that is provided by specially trained Owens Corning Sound Professionals. These packages are: - Room Optimization - Customer provides general information about the size and layout of their home theatre. From this, the Owens Corning Acoustic Design Center will configure reflective, absorptive and diffuse surfaces in the most optimal manner within the room.
