Full Function And Performance Offered In Three High Performance Models
H.H. Scott is offering three new DVD-Video player models for 2000, recently introduced at the Winter Consumer Electronics Show in Las Vegas. DVD can generate pictures in amazing detail, delivering nearly 500 lines of horizontal resolution, more than twice that of standard VHS tapes. Along with CD-quality digital sound, this makes the viewing of pre-recorded media-like movies more of a ""home theatre"" experience. Each of these high-performance models offers high bit rate sampling via a 10-bit digital to analog converter (DAC) and the ability to feed pictures in either the traditional 4:3 (1.33:1) television aspect ratio, or used in 16:9 (1.78:1) HDTV television. With the 10-bit DAC, video signal processing can be performed at a faster rate, minimizing digital artifacts, including picture irregularities such as image tail, for enhanced picture quality and viewing pleasure. All H.H. Scott DVD-Video players are equipped with a 24-bit/96 kHz DAC (digital-to-analog converter). This high-performance audio DAC allows the user to experience super-fidelity 24-bit/96 kHz sound, one of the highest levels of audio quality available in the DVD format, maximizing the DVD viewing experience. SDVD510 3Disc DVD/Audio CD Changer The top of the line DVD-Video player from H.H. Smooth Motion High Speed Scan and Slow Advance allows the user to scroll easily to any point on the DVD. DTS Digital Surround is an encode/decode system that delivers six channels of master-quality, 20-bit audio.
