Trimark Pictures Licenses Titles In Exchange For Equity In C-3D Digital

C-3D Gains Access To Motion Pictures For 3D Conversion

Chequemate International Inc. (AMEX: DDD), doing business as C-3D Digital Inc., the worldís first 3D television network and 3D Internet media company that provides 3D entertainment through innovative technology, and Trimark Pictures (NASDAQ: TRMK) announced today that Trimark will receive an equity investment in C-3D Digital. Trimark has agreed to provide C-3D Digital access to its library of motion pictures, in exchange for an equity position in the company. Films from Trimarkís library, which contain over 600 titles, will be converted to 3D using C-3D Digitalís patented process. The deal with Trimark also includes a revenue sharing arrangement for the 3D versions of the movies sold on DVD and VHS.
