iMagicTV And Motorola Join Forces In Strategic Business Alliance

iMagicTV announced that it has signed a strategic business alliance with Motorola Inc., through its Semiconductor Products Sector. Under the terms of the alliance, both iMagicTV and Motorola will engage in joint marketing, promotion, sales and product development activities to further the digital TV over broadband marketplace. This agreement provides for joint marketing by both parties for the promotion of the complimentary products consisting of Motorolaís Streamaster interactive multimedia architecture and iMagicTVís interactive television over broadband delivery and management software, DTV Manager.
